Introductory training and customer support is included in most of our packages, and can be provided either onsite or through our web conference training program.
30 Day Free Support. LawToolBox offers free phone and web conference support during the first 30 days to help your users get off to a running start.
Hourly Support. Additional phone support for training, administrative support and technical support is free for the first ten minutes, and thereafter, is available at $95.00 per hour.

To enable customer support to remote control your computer for either a web-demo or remote support:
