LawToolBox jumped at the chance to upgrade our Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Word Apps for Law firms and General Counsel to give our customers the option to use AI inside their Microsoft 365. Because LawToolBox lives inside each customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant, this was an easy decision because Azure OpenAI and Copilot for Microsoft 365 are designed to process AI in the familiar Office apps our customers use every day. And because AI is processed securely inside their Microsoft data governance and security, our customers do not have to worry about AI hallucinations or end user unintentional sharing of confidential client data externally or teaching outside models.
We moved quickly because we knew we could publish once and sell globally. We make our subscriptions available to our customers through Microsoft Marketplace because we not only outsource invoicing, taxes, and currency conversions to Microsoft. We are also able to bring our product to customers in frictionless way where they can skip new vendor procurement onboarding. I experienced this first-hand early in my career overseeing IBM’s distribution procurement in the Asia-Pacific region. And for our small and medium-sized customers, partnering with their trusted IT (Information Technology) provider is a win-win-win.
LawToolBox engages the Microsoft channel of 100K+ Microsoft Partners and combines it with our own consultant and integration partner channel to bring everyone together in “one room” to help our joint customers reach their potential with transformation technology. Microsoft Partners can easily process LawToolBox licenses in the exact same way they manage Microsoft 365 and Copilot licenses.
LawToolBox can provide an avenue to our enterprise customers who want to use their pre-committed Microsoft cloud budget (Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment) to get LawToolBox, onboard an initial group quickly and expand to the rest of the organization.
