LawToolBox CSP Program
You can process LawToolBox through Microsoft Partner Center portal for your clients, which you can already do today if you log into partner center, however you will not receive margin. The Private Offers preview allows us to build partnership with your organization by extending margin for joint clients & and any additional clients that might be interested in LawToolBox.
High Margin Offer
Direct CSP: 20% + Margin
Indirect Provider CSP: 25% + Margin
Margin Period: 1 year
LawToolBox is currently offering CSPs that add LawToolBox to their client’s Office 365 invoice with a private margin off our MSRP Price applied to any licenses Partner adds to clients Microsoft 365 tenant during the Margin Period. Partners will receive margin from LawToolBox, paid to them in the same way they receive margin for Microsoft for M365 products long as the MSP is the partner of record for that customer.
Most of our customers pay at annual upfront rates and as users get added or removed the licensing is prorated in a similar way to M365 mailbox licenses.
Once the offer is live, you will see the margin applied to any transaction for LawToolBox during that period as long as the MSP is the partner of record for that customer.
LawToolBox does not anticipate reducing margin but may increase margin from time to time to incentivize partners.
Partners will receive margin from LawToolBox, paid to them in the same way they receive margin for Microsoft for M365 products long as the MSP is the partner of record for that customer.
