Resellers
There are over 75k registered Microsoft Managed Service Partners (MSP’s) and resellers who qualify for an evergreen revenue share paid by Microsoft pursuant to their agreement with Microsoft or the distributor they work with. Some MSPs and resellers can also be “Referral Partners” if they bring several deals.
Referral Partners
Consultants that bring new deals to LawToolBox can qualify for a one-time referral fee of first year revenue. We’d love to hear from you and develop a mutually beneficial business relationship!
Microsoft Account Executives (AEs)
LawToolBox is available in Quote Center for Microsoft inside account executives and other field sellers (20,000+) and can be bundled with an MSP’s Teams adoption or other digital transformation services. Microsoft AE’s can retire internal quota requirements when they sell LawToolBox.
LawToolBox pioneered Copilot for Legal
LTB was the first legal application certified by Microsoft as “works with” Copilot. Enterprise Deals, Microsoft Cosell & Marketplace Transactions
LawToolBox has spent over 25 years hardening out platform to support firms of any size, including enterprise firms with thousands of users. We achieved Cosell status with Microsoft which allows LawToolBox to register deals with a value of $20k or more to enlist the help of Microsoft Account Execs to help close deals. LawtoolBox was one of the first companies to have a transactable offer in the Microsoft Marketplace which helps to circumvent the vendor approval process and facilitate larger deals.
